CO and XO (need one CO and one XO for each side) CO is the Commander Officer of the side, he can fly in group or stay every time in tower. Every pilot, participated in scenario has to listen and execute the CO orders. The CO always writes orders in capital letters. CO is take care about strategy and win tactic. CO communicates only with Radar Operator, Admin and the Leaders of Assigned groups. CO can assign the Executive Officer (XO) who will help CO to manage Groups. Nobody has to ask the CO the stupid questions as ?I?m twr, what I have to do?? 2. Radar Operator (need at least One Radar Operator for each side) Radar Operator is the ?right hand? of the CO and XO and has to know the current situations and plans of CO. Radar Operator has always stay at tower and give orders to Admin to start/open field for take off/landing operations. Radar Operator can freely communicate with the CO. Radar Operator is responsible for all pilots, who are located in tower. All questions as ?I?m twr, what I have to do?? have to been forwarded to him. IMPORTANT: If you are going to land on your field ask your Radar Operator or Admin to control your landing. If nobody from them does control your landing your plane is counted as ?lost? and your pilot is counted as ?killed?. If you land on the ?friendly? point your plane is counted as ?lost? and your pilot is counted as ?alive?. If you land or ditch on the friendly airfield your plane is added to the total number of all planes available from this airfield. If the field was closed by ground attack you can?t take off from this field till airfield reopened even in the case you had just landed on it. 3. Admin (one Admin for each side) Need one Admin who stay in tower and control the take off/landing operations for each side. All fields have to be closed most of time, Admin can only open fields if Radar Operator asked Admin to permit takeoff for somebody. Admin has to check out the total number of take off /landed planes for every field. Admin has to block the take off on field if the number of planes limit is exceed. It will be better if one person can combine 2 tasks: Admin and Radar Operator. 4. Leader of the Group Leader of the Group receives the task from the CO and has to lead his group to execute the assigned task (mission). Leader of the Group can freely communicate with CO and Radar Operator. Leader of the Group communicates with Pilots of the Group on assigned channel number or 110 channel. 5. Pilot of the Group Pilot of the Group has to listen and execute the orders of the Leader of the Group. If the Pilot of the Group that appears in the tower he has to ask his Leader of the Group does he need help or not. Leader of the Group can ?free? the pilot, in that way ?free pilot? has to ask for orders the Radar Operator. 6. Free Pilot. Free Pilot is the pilot who has no any assigned task and located at the tower at present moment. Free pilot has to ask Radar Operator for orders. Radar Operator can give him personal order or ask to join some Group. Start time, Pilots and Planes Life rules: Axis and Soviets will be allowed to start at same time except Pe2 planes. If .ros contain the 20% disbalance the outnumber side have to start in about 3 minutes later. Pe2 planes will give permission to start at TOS + 4 minutes. All fields to be open for 5minutes from start time. After this all fields have to been closed. Plane is counted as ?lost? in the following cases: 1. Killed 2. Bailed 3. Ditched (or landed on friendly point) 4. Landed or ditched on friendly airfield field without Admin or Radar Operator confirmation. 5. Disconnected Plane is counted as ?alive and available? in the following cases: 1. Pilot has landed on friendly airfield with Admin or Radar Operator confirmation. Every pilot at arena has 2 lives.
