It is now september, teenagers are in the park, drinking at 2 PM, Thrusday [just a while ago, I had a toke with a few of em, I passed on the whisky shots though] I WANT TO BE PRESIDENT [OR WHATEVER THOSE GUYS ARE CALLED] ~ BEGIN ~ Outside every school, there should be a enclosure with parents. The parents housed there getting paid, say, about the same per hour the teachers, upstairs are snagging, per hour. When required, a erring student can be brought down to the enclosure, and beaten. ~ end ~
