The Aereomodelling is generally considered as a game for adults, a pastime for those who still "childs inside" :). Sayd like that it could seem that the aereomodelling i't simple, easy. It's not like that, it is an aeronautical discipline, it's a pastime with determined complexity.
If in order to construct a flying model of airplane it's necessary the acquaintances of mechanics, physics and sciences of the materials, for the pilotage through remote control are obbligatory good ability to reactions and coordination of the movements.
A medium aircraft model, heavy around the three or four kg, catches up considerable speeds also: if it had accidentally to throw down on an object or a person, the caused damages could be enormous.
Modellists more expert gladly accompanies neewbies to their debuts, giving useful councils for them. One recommends much patience!

    Who can practice the aeromodelling?
it's a hobby practicable from anyone, men and women, young people and little young people. The only requirement of base are a little bit of patience. For remote-controlled models we usually advise a minimal age of 12 or 14 years.

The aeromodelling is a hobby expensive?
Not, the aeromodelling is not a hobby expensive, sure not more than other sport or others hobby.
It is but necessary say that when beginnning the purchase of new material and replacement parts must be held in consideration; in special way for the young where these costs could not be immediately to their capacity.

I would want to learn to fly alone: I can make it?
To learn alone it's possible, although modellists are against.
Beyond to the legal problems for the fields of flight (you can't run your modell everywhere), also a simple model for neewbies is difficult to pilot and can became dangerous for yourself and thirds party. The possibility of being able to have use of the official fields of flight and the advising of more expert modellists is sure an ulterior point to your favour. And then: how can be amusing to fly a model alone? To be in a group helps those who pursues the same interests to exchange ideas and acquaintances!

    How to begin?
I know as well what everybody would do, as me, most of you would construct reproduction of IRL airplanes, i can say from the begin, forget it :) Many peaple didn't listened to this warning and all they did was spend money to construct expensive reproduction without the aquitances needed and all they did was a crash as soon theyr models got in flight.

    - First step are trainers models, those have a upper wing with a big surface not below 150cm of wing! (if less the model get too tiny in flight and for peaple without experience it's harder to follow it), they are light and motorizzed with maximum a 7ccm engine wich make your model flight stable and slow as you wish, but above all they react slowly, so they allow you to recover it from wrong manouvres.
What i council is a ready to fly model, Graupner has nice and low-price trainers. With the modern remote controls is now possible to have a flight teacher with a double remote control linked. The teacher can switch the command from his control to the student as he wish.
I have a Big Stick trainer model wich i use only for flight scool

I know it's not really beautifull but it's quite stable and with the double remote controls i teached to 9 students from the begin till the landing without crash it one time.
For begin gliders work well too, advantage they haven't engine and are less expencive, disvantage they need the good weather conditions to fly (wind or termics), as for the construction they are less complicates.
    I suggest a glider with V tail from 150 till 200cm wing.
In any case rememebr to stay on trainers kits, don't spend uselessly money, not because it's risked, but because you do not have the aquitance to construct it in the right way.

RC model is the principal school to be able to bluild your own reel aicraft.
Most of home aircraft (proto or plan) builders are not coming from aeronautical industry but from RC. Because it's the only activity which approach aviation in is globality. You can be an Airbus 380 landing gear spécialist but in incapability of build a simple flying machine.

Soon i 'll put on forum photos of my ultralight prototype under construction.

Впечатлён размерами, функциональностью и похожей динамикой.
    Ну, кроме посадки носителя ;)

И получается, что два разных пилота управляют: один Мрией, второй Бураном.
И Буран действительно планер, без движков.
