    Motherfucker
    Ho
    Nigger

Oh sure, many hippies had social consciousness way back then, before they bought san diego...

I dunno why, but I am very uncomfortable around a pop culture that considers the word motherfucker to be appropos ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

    I am gettin old.
    I know.

Time to shuffle off to my grave and hand things over to another, more capable generation [sure... yeah, sure].

Hey, Uncles, you and I got to get together some day and get pissed at a barbecue and watch as big assed healthy lookin mothers walk by and never call em Hos, but other things like,
WOW, would you look at that!
    and
Aw, you seen one, you seen em both.

And we kick the crap outta the little pink skinned suburban fellow who says, "Mutherfucca! Set your peepers on that fat ho!"
    And then swig another beer.

And lament the passing of frank Zappa [who didn't like Hos and knew (and stated) the difference between a ho and a woman - funny, feminists hated him, now we hear little from them, they are flodded by a cacaphony of muthafuccas and hos]

[yep, listennin to Deja Vu - CSNY, and am feeling real old - and I cut my hair years ago.... once]

Getting old is nice because you aren't nearly as affected by the peer pressure thing as you were in high school. Ie If you didn't go to the Who concert or Zappa concert or whatever you were out of style. You had to be in the heavy metal crowd, or the "depech mode" new wavish crowd... You couldn't be everything at once as far as style and taste in music went...

When you get older you can listen to whatever you want, whether its Zeppelin or Ozzy or Talking heads or Rush, and enjoy the merits of each group or song on its own.

You can even sit in front of the tube and watch much music, and then go out and drop 200 bucks on the latest "50 Cent" cd or "Busta Rhymes", or "Beonce", or "Dr.Dre" or "snoop Doggy Dog" and say to your self:

"What is with all this hip hop jigaboo fucked up music?????"

Motherfucker and all those alikes are just cheap surrogates for real lyrics. If you look hard enough and dig deep enough you'll find there's hip-hop that doesn't build on cursewords. It's become symptomatic of the genre. Too bad it's only a small small small minority that doesn't need to curse to be any good. Not that cursing makes any music any good to begin with.

I know exactly what my grandad felt like when I called him "Old" in 1967.
    He was 46.
And he didn't give me a beating because I was too small.
He saw Mick and the boys as a threat.
I know exactly what my grandad felt like.
I see and hear these big muscular buck niggers and hear what many of them have to say and I am threatened.
I hope my fright is unwarranted.
As it was for my grandad.
Once those grease balls in the 60s started to see big wads of money, they just turned into greedy bastards and sold out to California [deleted] and became worthless, seedy, drug addicted, AIDs infected, no accounts.
    With lots of money.
    And cocaine.
    And jet planes.
    And cocaine.
    And cocaine.
    And cocaine.

I want to throw up every time I see a photo of Mick and the boys.
but I ain't scared of them, they are old and flabby and they do not influence anyone to misbehave. Not anymore.

Dude, you are so way off base.
You're sounding JUST like your uncle.

The Stones were NOT encouraging anyone to misbehave or behave in anyway.
They were playing their music and puting into lyrics from what they observed around them.
    Art imitates Life.
There are protest songs and there are protest groups, but the Stones are not one of them.
Yes, they mad lots of money and they blew lots on drugs. Actually they did a lot of H, to the point of going to the special clinics and getting a whole new blood change.... that's how the super rich go cold turkey and kick the monkey.

You feel threatened by the big buck black kids rappin' ??? Ha ha ha...
    whatever for?
All they are singing is chasing the pimp life-style, party, sex, drugs, bling-bling..... it's the call to the lower classes to stay down there in the sewers, keep taking drugs, dealing drugs, spend all your money buying those bling items....play gangsta' pimp, remain at the bottom and keep buying my music and keep making me and my owners rich..... a new form of social control.
It's going to be quite a while when we hear rap/hiphop songs about beating the system by working within the system. Stay in school, get good grades, get involved in your community, go out and vote for someone who will help. Get that education that will get you and your family out of this situation. Become a positive member of society. Stop the disenfrachisement.

I miss those old songs that said something, anything.

Most of what's available main stream rap/hiphop has to do with guns, drugs, pimps, whores, cars, wheels and "my tribe, gang, city, record studio, local area, ocean coast, girlfriend, wife, sister, dog, brother, mother, grandmother can whup your tribe, gang, city...etc...ad nauseum.....

    By the way;

I remember at the Altemont concert when that guy got killed by the "Angels"... the Stones never again played "street fighting man" in concert.
They were shit-scared. they had no idea how to the edge those Americans(USA) were/are.

I already posted this here some time ago. Hip-hop rap with a message.

Some extracts fo what they say:

"Rien n?a changé depuis, où je vis, Juifs, Catholiques,
Musulmans, noirs ou blancs, fermez vos gueules, vous faites bien trop de bruit"

(nothing has changed since then, where I live, Jews, Catholics, Muslims, black or white, shut your mouths, you make too much noise)

"Si j?ai des chances de voir enfin la paix exigée. Qu?un jour les abrutis s?instruisent"

(if I have a chance to see finnally the required peace. That some day the ignorants learn)

anyway... it is really long, and you won't hear any bad words there, no Ho, motherfucker, nigger.... and at the end, instructions on how to be well in the lists to vote in France, so even the guys from the streets get a chance to say what they think by their vote.

    Of course, they are french...

Here, some examples in Spanish, same style, no "pimpin" , but lyrics with social background, that take a different look at this society, not exactly Hip-hop, but... :

There are still groups with interesting lyrics if you search for them....

I didn't understand a fuckin word of any of them.
The first one was pretty graphic.
Every one of those songs sounded just GREAT!
A guy misses so much in this world because of the babble. I speak one bable fairly fluently but I can only order a burger or ask where the hospital in some others. Spanish and french among those.

    Example:
I have been hurt and need an ambulance there is blood streaming from my wounds this is how I would ask for help in Spanish:
Blood squirt squirt squirt I hold out the stump that used to be an arm and I say,

    "Groan"

Works every time, in ANY language.

HIV will take care of itself.
People's lifestyles will either adapt or they will die.
Sure, there is a delay between lifestyleinfection and lifestyledeath and this allows for some lifestylefucking and transmission of the lifestyle disease... but eventually there will be a balance and HIV won't any longer be a groth in Africa.

Hunger will take care of itself.
Ooops. No. I don't think so.
As long as there is cash to be made off the selling of food, hunger will be a problem. Well, not even a problem, a benefit.
A hungry chink makes nikes and wades into vats of piss.
A well fed chink goes home after 8 hours, doesn't wade into piss for anyone and nikes cost 1000 dollars instead of two hundred.

Environment problems will take care of themselves.
Environmental grief counsellors and environmental employmaent agencies and environmental fast food.
    Envirobleach!
    Enviropork!
    Envirocars!
    Envirocondoms!
    Envirocigarettes!
    Enviroplasticsurgery!
    We are seeing it already.
Environment problems will take care of themselves. Um, no. Sorry. I am wrong.

Got erectile problems? Find some viagra.
Want to fuck that bitch? Don't use a condom, the pope says that is bad, wrong, a sin.
Feel bad about the state of things?
Flagellate yerself. Or go smoke some crack. Or watch the television and tell Muslims about themselves after you become brilliant.

or take a long hard suck on my cock.

Nature has solutions, but we prolly won't enjoy them. They won't be any fun. There are no crack trees and no viagra to be found in rubble.

    Cocksuckers.

Let's feed the homeless to the starving and cure all world problems at once!!!!

But seriously, I agree with Brad. In the end, it all WILL work out. We'll either blow ourselves to smithereens OR adapt and change into something else entirely.

This one is just about the main problem in mankind:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwEELwag81s

("me he apuntado de astronauta / a ver si asi suena la flauta / hemos llegado a la luna / poco antes de la luna / y al salir al exterior / vuelvo a notar ese picor / cien millones de expectadores / y yo sin poder rascarme los cojones"

And now to our illiterate :p friends:
"I have appointed myself as astronaut / to see if by chance it works / we've arrived to the moon / shortly after noon / and when we got to the outside / a feel again that itch / a hundred million espectators / and I can't scratch my balls"

    Ahi queda eso, a Parla)
