When it comes to mobgilization I've heard a joke today: Russia, UK and France announce, that starting this week every male will have to report for anal rape at the nearest city hall each Saturday. The UK government fell the same day. Violent protests overthrew the French government in 3 days. In Russia Russians started to queue at the city halls on Friday evenings, so as to have "more time off on Saturday".
