I will take the fifth. You should have. Your bill of rights, you know, your rights? They don't apply in the world of business and property. When you are in someone's place of business, you do NOT have the right to say what you want.
Mate, if they banned you for talking about something like that, theyre cocksuckers. There is nothing bad about freehost. They are just dirty about a past situation. Goto the FAQ's page, and read point 33, this will explain a bit better for u. To me, all in all, they stepped in thier own shit, and cant clean thier boot. This is thier problem, and you shouldnt be victimised for it. Come fly with us mate, at least you will get competition here that you wont find in wb2006. The blokes here know how to mix it up, period.
Oh, and, original posting guy [1990 something, I forget]: Yep. Welcome. The competition in freehost is tops. I been playing for, fuck, I can't remember now, many years anyway and, um. Okay, many hundreds of hours, right? AND I SUCK*. Now, think on that. If a guy can have a lot of experience and still suck, it says a lot for the skills of the other players and also says a lot for the depth and breadth of the simulation. Come fly with us, man! *I am, however, excellent at circuits and bumps......%) Picture: Me in my trusty Jug flying over Vancouver, British Columbia.
SAY ! What is the procedure to start another fast server? What are the technical specs? I might be interested in setting something up if it makes for faster game times!
You in the USA? Or you in a nation within the USA's reach? [extradidtion treaties in place, copyright laws recognizing those from other countries] Get a lawyer who works pro-bono, FIRST. Then go ahead. Have at 'er
wow wow wow, lets not talk anything that might be illegal on a thread that might link to me. I dont want to get interigated
Well.... nothing is "totally" free. There is a price for everything. Pay for Play Warbirds does have certain advantages. As in any business transaction, at least in the United States there is an effective contract between buyer and seller. No matter if it is merchandise or services there are laws about product consumability or merchantability....whatever the legal terms are there are laws about when you pay for something that is offered for sale, that something must meet certain expectations. "The customer is always right" sort of.... or at least has certain rights. So if there is too much cheating, too much server downtime, too much server lag times, the customer can file protests and make demands for refunds or corrections and adjustments. The person or persons or company in the business of offering a service will have an interest in keeping the customers satisfied in addition to the legal obligations of being in business under US laws anyway. Paying for something there is an expectation of receiving those goods or services. When things are "free" there is no obligation on the part of the providers whatsoever. They can do anything they want. You play by their rules no matter if they tell you what those rules are or not. Change the rules at anytime, without notice, without explanations. Your participation is solely for their own purposes, be it for their own amusment or other unknown reasons altruistic or personal. Let's enjoy it while we can. While we can still afford it.
