As I told vibora, I don't want to argue, if the server is legal or not. iEN wants me to not run the server, so the TH-Crew has to find an other server. This is the eMail I received today:

Sigh, the threats are real. So is the closure... as soon as I will get a reliable ISP I'm back to WBFH... and the distant prospect of getting anything better. Well- if i want marvelous GFX, I go to IL2, for great FM- to TW, and for fun- WBFH. The hosting of WB3 was so far from the agreements the FH hosts reached with the IEn, that noone could have expected the new TH server to last. That's someone elses right to be paid for their efforts. WB2 was some sort of abandonware with no updates in over a year, when our current hosts took over, WB3 isn't and that is pretty much out of discussion (I'm affraid).
Imho wb2,77 is better anyway. WB3 is like windows vista - same thing with 2x better visual effects and 4x slower than previous.
btw isn't one of this shooted down servers our Czech arena? I never flew in it, but members remeber it well. FBI??!!! Lol, I never ever see anyone from FBI. How can I set server for meeting with FBI?
Yup, considering how little they actually improved compared to 2.77 I can't help but wonder ... WTF have you jerks been doing all those years?! 10 years since WB2 and all you've managed is a slightly revamped graphics engine and the ability to control a couple of ground vehicles??
