    Hi guys!

Lets see how much we know about the cities of the world!

    check out this map quiz:
    http://www.travelpod.com/traveler-iq

My score on the Europe map is
107 thousand, IQ-122 (i failed on the 8th level when i was doing it first time)

    Then it progressively drops:
    Asia - 734 548, dead at level 11, IQ-118
    Africa - 238 000, lev 6, IQ-103
    Latin Am - 460 000, lev 9, IQ-100 (i thought i'd do better then Africa, but...)

the game with flags of the world:
232 600, lev 7 - of course the islands of Oceania killed me, IQ-108

    lets see who's best! :)
you can learn alot from this game. for example i didnt imagine Moscow so much west close to border, or that Malta is so close to the Sicilian coast ;)

    Nope.
I was timed. I don't get that and I don't approve. It is stupid putting a time aspect in that. I hadn't ever heard of Speed Geography.
    ...is as silly as
    hmmm.
okay, remember Carlos Castaneda's party-game ideas that he tried to explain and demonstrate to the boys around Don's fire that first night.... as described in the first of his books "The Yaqui Way" or whatever the fuck?
Remember? He described having all those rocks oriented around the campfire, arranged just so, each with his own stick.
He was running from rock to rock, Where he would squat and earnestly huff and puff and make funny faces until he convinced himself to sneeze, whereupon he QUICKLY grabbed the stick there, slashed it around in the air, chanting some arcane Inquisitor's benediction, put the stick down, picked up the rock there, hit himself on the head and then spent ten, fifteen minutes arranging the disturbed rock just so, then, onto the next, seemingly random, rock. Don Juan and his drinking buddy had to stop Carlos. [They were worried about the police coming, or was it the peeing?? Can't remember....]

Well, actually, I made that part up.
    :p
    [Castenada made-up the rest]

Hell, I used to play geography flash cards as a student and did just fine. NO CLOCK.

    Great game!

The map could be bigger though.

I keep getting 11 kilometers away from the places.

What kind of margin do they allow, do you know?

Didn't do too well, here. Recognized most places in Europe and managed to get within 70 km of most, but some of the places I completely failed to locate on the map.
