OK, now that I can connect and it worked last night, now the server asks for a password and when I type in my password it gets rejected? What is wrong now? I type it exacactly as defined by me, including cases, checked via email. It just won't work..
It's a bug. Should be corrected soon. For now: Look into the sim's home directory (i.e. C:\XX...X\IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles) Find a file named 'Logon.ini' there: it stores the password setting. Open it with Notepad. Edit the line inside which reads YourNickname=Password so that the password is correct: Save&Exit. That should solve your problem
Bug has been fixed, login was working next evening already. Haven't tried with the login file yet, but that would work too I guess. Thanks for the help and the ongoing work.
