In game, the 109G-2 is slower than the G-6, not by a small margin either. At 100m, 50% fuel, no WEP the G-2 attains about 507kph and the G-6, 530kph. How can this be when the G-6 was essentially a heavier and bumpier G-2? Also, the G-6 is faster than all early 190's (A-3 to A-6 even the "light" versions, again no WEP, on the deck). And the G-14 is much faster than the all early 190's. However, All 190's in the game are supposed to be faster than all 109G's including the G-14. I'm not asking for perfect performance numbers but the planes should perform correctly at least relative to each other.
If we're talking on the deck then yeah, maybe. But I *think* that, in terms of absolute top speeds, the 109 G14 had an edge over some of the earlier 190 models. Alas it's pretty hard to find any decent sources on the net.
maybe 50 m is the answer, p47 is as fast as 190, but at that alt is slower coz it has a bigger nose but i guess that is not modelled in this game , so ignore me
