from the comic and all that was explained in the previous thread.

I also had a nick called "cthulu", from H.P. Lovecraft's novels, another called "azhag-" from WH40K, another called "xxxx" to try to learn on mouse, another called "tarod-" for a spanish squad, another called "revere" as my bike's name....

my nick, reuben, is old and ugly (like me)

Whn I started using the internet in the late 90's many guys had these "Tough" (prrrrrrt) names like DocDoOm, KilLaR, it wa before symbols became frequent used in nicks, like $tormw@nker or so...

So I though, wth all these guys with their tough nicks, they are supposedly acneridden poor un social bastards, Im not like them (no acne ;-) ) so I choose reuben (which is a respelling of a nickname I got at my first job)

My birthname is Sebastiaan, but most people call me "Bas" (With an "A" as in "Water"). I've got a few british mates here in NL, and since most Brits tend to pronounce "Bas" as "Boss", as well as me being a bit of an anti-authoritan bloke, I told them to call me "Seb". That became "Sebbo" in about..... Hmmm, five minutes?

j/k Allsop, you're the funniest bastard in this forum, and I wouldn't miss your antics for the world!

For those of u who got no clue what a gryphon is. some pictures.

my nick came from the fact that the obvious cool names were long gone. As a teen i was really into sci fi and fantsy novels. still read the good ones, like terry good kind and Tad williams.

so in looking for a mean tenatious and air born killer for a flight sim I easly chose the gryphon to be my arial terror nick name :)

After reading the "black Gryphon" ive had a great love for the fantsy world beast.

Mine originally was -aids-, because I have it. Really, I'll be dead in 2 years.

Actually I just really like the band AFI, whose old albums fucking rule. On every other forum or board my name is mikeym518, for my name and my area code.
