"enters the arena"...."leaves"...."enters the arena"

I'm confused about seeing pilots enter the arena and leave over and over again.

I understand people who need updated launcher or are fixing issues will have to do this but I see this from people who are not having problems.

With all the leaving and entering, I would think that these guys are saving a ton of cool tracks for us to view but no tracks are ever posted.

Are there that many people in the arena geting disco'd 40 times a day?

Am I part of that problem? Like, um, if I log on and see nobody there, do I have to enter the arena and wait around there for the nothing that is happening?
It would have been good, but nobody stayed because nobody wanted to be there with nobody. Gets tiring to strafe ack. There are guys who go there and that is the game they are exprecting, NO INTERFERENCE OF THEIR PLANS.
ANd then they get pissed off when they get ambushed and shot. Last night that happenned to me. I FINALLY saw someone was on line. There was a busted field. I went to look for him. I shot him down. He logged off. Poof.
Maybe I should have greated him with a friendly hello and flew beneith him slowly, near stall speed. Give him a welcome greating. Like a nude, filthy rich fag laying drunk in a party full of big, butch lavotchkins and tempests.

Last night someone offered to show me how to fire those rockets I have seen people firing from two miles away and hitting every time. But there was a dico and the idea was, well, um, I didn't get to learn that.

Maybe next time I log on without my clothes.........

I'm talking about some that do it 15 times in an hour yet they don't have any discos.

Is there any function to this?

I have the worst connection of all FH players getting disco sometimes 10 times in a day yet I see people leaving and entering 4 times as often with no discos in score.

Just curious why it happens because I see no advantage gained leaving and instantly coming right back.

I see it everyday too.
Sincerely, I don't think that it's a way to obtain some advantage.
And I think that FH could ban the use of Alt+F4, like WB2009 does.
And Alt+TAB too.


PS.: And ditch could be kill, this way would stop the fuckin ditchers that ditch w/o any damage.

I really don't mind the Alt-F4 users as long as when used, it automatically scores a kill for the nearest opposing player.
For instance: if a player gets shot out of his plane and is floating down in a parachute at 12,000 feet. Alt-F4 is used to get back in the game faster, well so what?
The kill should be scored for the victor. It's a waste of time to wait there floating down IMHO.

Just eliminate the cowardice/dweebery advantages of the Alt-F4 but don't stop players from a quick exit.

Who knows, maybe the wife, mother big brother or big sister, boss, manager, client, officer of the day walks-in suddenly and player gets caught... better the Alt-F4 than demerits, suspension or a cut in allowance... or worse!

I really never tried WB on work

But the ditch thing I saw many times, I don't give a damn...
But it gets tiring when u have to dive on someone that see u on D26 and simply ditch or Alt+F4 and then enters again on arena like nothing happened...
I'll never accuse anyone as cheater, I play my way and u play ur way. That's simple.

Boa..........I don't shoot people in chutes but I did one shoot a white plane that bailed the second he saw me rather than try to live....which was really stupid because his TBF otto would likely have killed me and he could have landed his mission.

I do have a track of Boa shooting a white plane to steal a kill from a teammate, suiciding into ack after he was out of bombs, and ackstarring about a field in a ju52 to allow his otto gunners to shoot a plane that was upping.

I really thought my arguing with boa was over but I guess he's decided it is not so expect an entire thread full of boa dweebery tracks as soon as I recover them from my former drive image.

The difference between me and Boa is that I always provide proof and he has nothing to back up empty accusations.

OK, maybe there's something you don't know about WBFH land. Here, a white plane IS the chute. Don't shoot it, or else you go to coward thread.

So the person in the chute sees both his plane and himself (looking up at canopy of chute) but the enemy only sees the plane which continues to look like a plane but....which really isn't a plane even though it looks like one?

Thank you for the info....I really didn't know that.

Had I known that, I would have 2 tracks a day of guys shooting me in my chute.

Still.....if climb 20,000 feet after a bomber only to have him bail, I will definately put a few into him.
