hi, ppappy and i have created a new one life squadron for red side, JV-17 Jolly Rogers (provisional)

i dont know what to do when i die here :shuffle:

in this tod only we are testing the planes, we have 2 options:

    -p40-f4u (actually testing it)

-p40-p39-p47-p51 ( we think this is better, because f4u is very hard)

the squadron will be operational next tod, while u can join us now and practice the planes and tactics :joystick: :flyer:

see u in air and sorry by my bad english :p

if VF-17 jolly rogers.. then F4U only ;)

if you want easy plane allied squad.. go for 31st FG USAAF - spit VC, spit IX, pony B, pony D

    or AVG/23FG - p40b,E and p51
or any of the 8th air force groups.. they begun with p39/40 and moved to 47 /38 and later to 51

however, I like the idea of navy squad.. F4U is great plane! however such squadron would be limited in time.. if you would like to stick with history

Yep maybe we could do this Navy squad starting in later war (when we are already dead in JG54).

I'll sign up on it for sure.

Hehe what a coincidence :) Original 1 Life Squad also will be back online in september, if they will keep this map, this time it will be as VMF-214 :) Flying Wilcats of all versions, then corsairs. Operating from cv's where possible.
Already tested the chances of survival in Wildcat in mid 42 and I must say that our section of 2 planes got 4 cons (109 f's and g's) and some hmacks in 2 sorties before I was pk'd with 3x7mm from a buff...

sometimes I'm starting to regret my decision to go away for the rest of year ;)

count me in.. in case I'll be playing wbfh ;)

I don't think so.. this map is on for second time.. so small med will change it (they are being rotated after 2 ToDs: Europe - Atolls - Med)

Oh boy, here we go :)

Dot, 1LS will stay polish only ? If not I'd really like to be part of it, I love the rotation of planes it has.

Big-jo, can you post the nicks of the pilots already in your squad so I can search for them ? :)
