Can anyone find me an R/C modle of an HE-162? I found a few online, but the owners of the shops say they dont carry the modle "then why is it on their site?" and that they wont restock.

I would prefer a Nitro powered modle, but I have a feeling it will have to be electric on account of how the he-162 uses a ducted fan for propulsion.....but no matter what, the thing would most definitly be a blast.

it's depend the money and how big u want it:
for a small (1m)wingspan, u can use an electric turbin
for a bigger (2m) a micro jet is nedded, lot of money.
btw, building it from 0 is the better choice: u buy some plans, or a plastic scale, and draw cross sections for fuselage, same for wings....u choose prop system, think of radio control etc etc....
    good work ;)

Ive done plent of R/c work and used to race R/C stadium trucks, so Im not worried about the mechanicle aspect. But Im not fond of electric powered vehicles, and the turbin used in the smaller scale modles must be electric...as far as building from scratch, Im to buisy trying to restore my truck and looking for a car thats going to need work as it is.....
