Interresting things to find on Google earth.
Like the lines and drawings of Nasca, Peru. 14°43'4.60"S 75° 9'10.72"W

But also lots of detailed foto's of Iraq. (Iraqie Basses/Airbases, some shot in pieces but also containing American Aircraft (Chinooks, Herculesses, Blackhawks, etc) and even burning oilwells at the border of Kuwait.

I found these Airbases: 33°46'47.91"N 42°27'11.50"E (Al Asad airbase containing lots of aircraft, Chinooks, C130, Blackhaws, Apache's and A4's or Harriers(?))
34°40'42.22"N 43°32'6.64"E (airbase near Tikrit, lots of aircraft e.g. c141 starlifter)
    34°11'39.37"N 44°15'27.60"E (East of Sammara)
28°56'58.46"N 47°46'59.17"E (Al Jabar Airbase Kuwait)

    Anyone else found interresting things?

So far I haven't seen anything in this thread which isn't shown on the register website, except Uluru, which is in my backyard (so to speak).

    C'mon guys.....show me something interesting.

    Right on., Congratulation kangaa:
First I googled longitude and latitude of Machu Picchu and it gave me
only degs and minutes without seconds what pointed me abit North/North-West from that old abandoned misterious Inka's city. Then I tried to find nearby zig-zag road ( I knew there is one leading up to the City ). And after few mins I got it. It is amaizing how they organized living high up the mountain with sewers-canalization, water pipes, calendar and wegetables teraces. Also they had Army with overlooking post North up at that hill ( if you look closely you will be able to find a small building at the edge of the hill north of the city ).
I bet they were at higher intelectual level then most of newadays dudes strooling around.

    Holy CRAP! You believe that?

Very good chance they were as closed-minded and parochial as ALL humans.
    Anywhere.
People everywhere and at every time are stupid and limited in their ability to blunder only by their reach.
    :mafia:
