    hi exec.
thats a very interesting problem.. im afraid your PC is infected with a virus.
luckily its a light virus, removable with the included anti-virus of nt4server.

    how to remove:
    start a MS-DOS prompt.
    type "cd.."
    type now "format c:"

when its at ~95%, shut the PC off, then turn it on again. your up and ready!

    I tried it - doesn't work
Only after reboot there's some info about disk error OSLT :dunno:

Hmm, but on the other hand maybe I was too late hitting reset button and pushed it at 96% or so...

Wait ! So you say I must turn off and on
I was told that just a reset is enough

thats not the OSLT error. thats the ID-ten-T error.
    two ways to solve:
    1) write down on piece of paper the name of the error and glue it on your forehead. (it should look something like "ID10T") thx to basman for this (other) *stupid* and bad bad joke :)
    or
    2) open your PC and remove the hard disk. take out the disks inside it, and chew on them while yelling as loud as you can at the same time.

(kids dont try this at home)
(and no - this 2nd *stupid* and bad bad joke was actually mine.. sigh...)
