arena player balance (to all sq leaders)

Here's the idea. I ask for leaders / contact officers of every major squad (10+ pilots) to declare the side the squad is flying for, or the rules by which it is changing sides.
It would be good to clear the picture of unbalanced arena encouters...

heres for my squadron

302nd Polish SQ from now on will fly 2 times RED & then 2 times GOLD - switching ever 2nd ToD.

This means we stay GOLD for the next ToD too.

Well,

Since the Fenris Jasta I'm in command off consists of more than 10 pilots I feel obliged to report JG13's intentions.

These intentions are: Fly one ToD for the red side, per every two gold ones we fly==>2 gold, 1 red. It seems obvious to me that all our jasta's change together, but I'm not going to decide for that, I'm just a lowly lowly pilot

There is no CO for the =ELITE= as we are a relaxed squad. But we allways fly RED and never switch to gold.

Some of you squads need to bump your schedule. As it is now, many of you are flying in the same cycles: a lot of you gold now, a lot of you red the previous TOD, and so on. What it does is just make gold outnumber now, then red outnumber, and so on. Some of you should move your schedule ahead so you offset other squads and keep things more balanced.

I'm surprised how much, even with everyone's best intentions to keep it even, the numbers change!

Of course, it might look less crazy if we include a greater number of squadrons. Perhaps we should email all the squadron leaders of the units in the current score statistics?

i think by the means of discussion and some compromise we could reach the best solution. That table seems very helpful. Now...

i don't know if anyone of the 1st Czech Lions SQ is registered n this board, but as for them - they are switching sides every ToD, flying now Gold - next ToD Red.

We (302nd) decided to chenge our routine to separate from CZ Lions, as when our forces were combined we had a very signifficant number advantage.

Could anyone please speak for the rest of the bigger sqwuadrons? ShAD ? Flying Barans?

PUMA 101st squad still few in online members that I think we don't matter yet. BTW we used to fly mostly in the outnumbered side, but no hard rules if someone wants to fly for the other country. First thing is fun.

Well... I'm now here reporting the intentions of both Sturmtruppen and Meeeoooowwwww squads.
ST is loyal to the golds and Meow to the reds.

For those that don't know I'm talking for these two squadrons... let's just say that they have the same pilots ( with different handles ). Meow is Sturmtruppen's "pet" squadron

I thought that ShAD flew it's ToD's in the same switch pattern as 302nd, namely, 2 reds for every gold, both of their wings change together AFAIK and sometimes individual pilots of them change side (spy, agressor, instructor? )

As the table above shows very clearly, there are 11 squadrons so far, which means there will never be even numbers for gold and red squads, there are some pilots out there not attached to a squadron, but they aren't that significant in numbers, and it's hard to cover up for them in such tables (not to say impossible). It is visible also that some tours of duty all odd squadrons and regular squadrons are flying for the same side. The odds show to have the best system to achieve diversity, both for experience (the ToD with the enemy used for training purposes mainly) and for the coincidentically falling together
of all those ToD's. There has to be made an arrangement between the regular squadrons IMO)
