'li 2 fighter' is what people call li 2 with front 7mm and 12mm gunner. They take alot of li and attack only with them and turn fight , li turns pretty good and they shoot you with 7mm and the 12mm gunner kills you also. Take more than 2 of them and there is a problem to kill them. They kill fighters and commandos kill ground targets.
axis didn't have li before 168 , imo it's bad idea to give li and hurr to gold and the 7mm front version should be banned for all li is a taxi and not fighter/rambo combo

There were many Li-2 raids and Ju-52 raids in times before. So what? now that Li-2 has one forward facing gun. BFD. Organize a defense group just like they got organized. Get in an ack/jeep and shoot them down. Li-2 is not 20mm proof either.

It's gunship, and this plane fly _after_ WW2 AFAIK - russian version DC3, have fix nose-mount armament, may be - wing-mount for 37mm.
no because they are heavy and cannot dogfight with planes. li2 is light and it turns with spit 5 or ki43 and you get ass shot with the 7mm on nose. maybe just make it heavier so it cannot turn fight.
