Usually I got called a ?lamer? as I went down in flames, ?cos I thought ?manoeuvre? was a quick jerk sidey-ways on the stick. That?s if I had remembered to even check my 6 and saw the fucker diving me in a blur? ahhhh the good old days, before I got called a cheat in ch100, when I would climb from a field under attack, almost stalling, into the mass of dots high above thinking, ? You?re gonna get it now suckers!!? I used to take savage arse whippings from the pilots here, every single time I tried to do anything in the MA. Always down to my lack of experience and skill, I knew fuck all about manoeuvres, situational awareness or gunnery? but I knew I was shit. When I learned what a ?track? was I started watching them, oh boy that is humbling once you start to realise what a fucking MUPPET you really are! But I believe in being on good terms with most people, so it was easy to keep my mouth shut.. Even offer a salute to the unseen killer, and instead look at why I was so crap! In time it get?s a little better, the beatings become contested? however badly, still you tried huh? The things you read about tactics become understandable; somehow you can see how to apply them. That?s the really frustrating time, you know that fucker just mugged you? didn?t you read about how to use this plane last night? You know you could have beat him, but you didn?t? still, keep yer mouth shut and watch the track? damn, when I watch the track I see it?s not the plane or it?s guns that got me, and in all honesty fuck all to do with the last FH update ? he outwitted me <S> So I get to where I am now, I have some skill, some understanding and I find the game just gets better and better for it. I fly both sides regularly, my understanding of the aircraft and tactics growing, as does the number of times I land. The number of like-minded people I know here grows, another pleasant side effect of this game. But just as these things grow, so does something else? like one of those really sore pimples on your arse that is getting redder by the day, but just not ready to pop yet!! Channel 100 gobshites* This post is for those of you that really feel the need to counter the fact they just died in a virtual environment, having it publicly announced to all players, by accusing the person that bested them of cheating in ch100. Try building a streak as big as your ego huh? My final word, I don?t cheat and I sure as shit don?t hack the game, as one prize prick accused me of! I enjoy using my wits to make the best of what I have to hand, I also think this game is pretty fucking good? I wouldn?t waste my time cheating if someone showed me how. It's an assault on your integrity and it's crap that people get away with such accusations. the more stupid guy is on the other side, the more often u get accused of cheating i know that, because i got used to save my tracks as proofs, and it usually is started by guys who thinks they are too good to lose and inspite it aint funny, u should take it as compliment

I don't so much mind the immature kind, the quick blurt then all quiet type... I do take that as a back handed compliment. They are easy to ignore. It's the other kind I really hope to rattle into action with this thread. The ones that are far too good to be hit. The ones that have been "watching my squad all night and notice they always go head on"!! The ones that, "never miss once they have a target in their sights"!!! The ones that rant in ch100 then log off, to go and kick the shit out of the dog I suspect. I enjoy the game a great deal and suspect I shall be around long after these goons have moved on to be "really good" at something else. I just wanted to show these serial complainers that just because I don't bother responding in ch100 most of the time, I'm usually busy with something more pressing, that doesn't mean I have no opinion. Ello bish, i know the feeling, but than again i have bantered out cheat on a few occations. it is very hard to really prove who cheats and hacks or is a dev or a dev from an old now defunct WBFH site. but cheats do happen and are used. yes sometimes good skills get called cheat to from time to time. it is really hard to say. their are many different forms of cheating, really using a clear cockpit was one that was exposed sometime ago. another is some using something i thing called speed hack how it works is say you kill a particular con, you figure well it will be awhile before he reups to try for revenge, but then suddenly there he is almost seconds after you killed him. I know others have used it in other online games, and here. how do i know, because my nephew used it alog time ago here, and i told him to stop. he wouldn't so i notified rgreat. and now my nephew no longer flies here. my nephew said he only used it because he was new and he sucked! (his exact words to me) i tried to convince him that is not the way to improve. he just laughed and said it was really neat to cover the entire map in 1/2 a minute. that is number 2 cheat now imagine that in the hands of a decent pilot. another is some one using his squad mate to spy and direct some to the cv to capture it. I won't name names, but this has been happening alot and still to this day it is. That is cheat #3 no real use of a gimmick but still a cheat just the same. Another is impossible angled shots. or a million hits from a con in an instant, this may be lag but than again maybe not. some maybe abuse of god like attributes or experimentation of new aircraft with out warning. anyhow you see there are many ways and probably many more. Anyhow don't let it bother you if you arw flying legit, but if not may the acusation enrage you to the point to fly cleanly fairly with a clear conscience. <S> bullet

Just to clarify, this isn't about how good I have become at this game, because nothing could be further from the truth! I've got a little handy and work hard on my SA + disciplin, but truth is I have a long list of things to learn! I think it was early this ToD, I went low to try clear a field we tried to take, in a 109-F2. I have a confidence in it, can whirl it around to some effect, but I got drawn into a low fight with biles in a bi-plane. I made two aggressive passes, aggressive in that I opened an "E" artery on each turn to get a good shot. He then proceeded to maul me, incredible ammount of hits and I really could not have beaten the guy off with a shitty stick. I started losing oil, he broke and I bailed. My overwhelming thought looking back at it was a stunned admiration... My attack was turned so slowly, (relatively speaking) I thought I had a chance and once I burned my advantages the attack felt relentless. Not wanting to toot anyones horn there, but that's an example of what I consider good... and I am a long way off... nuff said. I'm just starting to get narked at poeple who make mistakes so badly that even I can capitalise, then they stamp their feet. If they chose to make the complaints in private to me I would not have even brought this up, but some do not. They choose to spam ch100 with bullshit claims. OK, done the txt thing let?s see if I can do it! The track is cut starting at the point where he opens fire. When I viewed the whole track to cut it I noticed, this fella had come in from low 11 and somehow saddled up. BIG bish blooper there! I?d gone up to escort an Edelwiess buff hitting the cv, checked dar no reds yet, so I?d auto climbed? probably rolled a ciggie, hence he got where he was and I was blissfully unaware. Everything I did was based on reaction; I guess you can imagine my surprise! My take on it : As soon as I heard the hits I checked 6, had to evaluate, hoped this was a D8-er! As soon as I saw him I started scissors, instinctively, I hoped he?d dived and would over shoot. At some point I see the opportunity to turn 90 degrees to him, buys me time and I need it! If I remember right he then begins to look like he?s extending, so I go to chase? put the squeeze on him, shit you never know been lucky so far! The guy turns to me D10-ish. Now I hate head ons, but if I have a stable ping below 120ms I will take it, even though it?s still risky in my view. But in a flash, I hope this guy will be sluggish from the turn and I should get a shot? BOOM. I have no clue as to why he missed the chance from my 6 ? I guess a rushed shot I had no idea he was there, despite his implication ? Can this be proved from track? I feel I made the better of the defensive manoeuvres ? Lot?s of practice! I feel his biggest mistake was to turn HO when he did ? I?d have extended I know I run no cheat shit?HO kill was my gunnery ? Maybe he had connex issue?? The track runs on to show the best example of ch100 spam aimed at me ever! Damn did you ever open track after converting it to .txt? shit it?s like the matrix in there!!!
I "always" go HO, in these kind of situations of course..., because I HAVE to to get ANY chance to hit opponent. What's so bad about that?? It's because I suck at controlling the plane, and most of the time it's me that goes "pooff"... IMHO Reds should be glad that I do, racks up the list of "eeeeeeezy killz" , no? lol I also use ch100, but mostly to "acknowledge the kill" or maybe to say "where the *** did you come from !?!?!".
