Paco de Lucia is a great guitar player, i think the best playing spanish guitar. He recently received the prize Prince of Asturias by his contribution to this art. If you don't know him, and want to feel a bit like in Spain, listen to his music

Bartender all of what Cierzo and Bullet can drink and eat for entire night I am payin'. Paco DeLucia the great! I admire him and his music alot, and for me he is one of the best. Fandango, Flamenko, Jazz-Rock ++ Flamenko... Highly recomended two of his songs tho one of em he play with Jon McLaugheen and Al Di Meola. Since Biles advertised Chris Duarte here in one of his artistic threads - I became a real fan. Unfortunately I can't buy his CDs here, so I spent some time DLing his music in MP3.

Yes from time to time I listen some of Mocart's music, but Betoven is kinda to hard-cored for me and its not that I do not like it - just doesn't fit in to my 'faworites', then again Shtraus made some really nice music. The most I like is Hungarian Dance from Johannes Brahms, that amaizing masterpiece, if you didn't listen it you must!!, and on the end Maurice Ravel and his Bolero. Like Ravel's bolero is 'one-of-a-kind' piece ..(which I use to listen when I shave my head with razorblade ,haha ) ..so is Karl Orff's 'Carmina Burana' ,pure agony about the lord od fortune ,but how about the composer Rossini? Or one of my hobo's Jean Sibelius

well yes jochen. mozart i just love his salzburg syphonys and divertimentos. beethoven is decent to, but less familiar to me. my classical taste include boroque period vivaldi,bach(and many of his sons especially c.p.e.),handel,albinoni,telemann, haydn (poppa and his sons) bocherini,elgar even the strauss's. and many others. <S>
i still remember the times when my sister used to play those symphonies on the violin. magnificent listening when are well played

Love the Salzburg Symphonies! Of course, they're all fantastic, but I particularly love the second movement of the third one, in F major, K.138. My interest also stretches into Baroque and into the very early Romantic. Mozart and Beethoven are my two most-often listened-to composers, followed by and Franz Schubert and J.S. Bach.
