IL2:FB

    I just got IL2FB here, and I'm really thristy to play :)
    But after all instalation when I run it I get an error saying that the DLL rts.dll (on FB root folder) is not a valid image for windows, to compare with the instalation disc.
    Ok I go check the file and it has 0Kb in size, I go check in the cd and there it has too 0Kb :eek:

    Is it suposed to be this way ? if not could someone mail me the right file ? :confused: :help:

    fla, i got a patched il2 fb, and rts.dll has a 859kb size... it's one of the most important files imo...download a 1.1b patch, then try to apply it, maybe it will write a correct one , if not, i could dig up a file from original cd (if its not compressed)and send it to u

    I got it working (don't ask me how), tks.
    But unfortanelly not working very good... even in minimum details I get bad frame rate sometimes...I think it's time to upgrate puter.

    P3 800 MHz/AMD Athlon 700 or higher
    256mb RAM
    DirectX 8.1 compatible video card
    DX 8.1
    4x CD-Rom
    DX 8.1 compatible soundcard
    1.1 GB of disk space
    and a joystick of course :)

    Well, you need at least twice power to adequately run that baby.
    This sim is really power hungry.

    minimum system requirements are the requirements the developer gives out to define the minimum system at which the game can run stable, it doesn't mean it can run fast, but if it's stable at 5fps then it might be that would become the minimum requirements...
