Maps

I have been wondering this for a while but why again does FH online use only Big med, Old med, and South Pacific? What about midway, hawaii, New Guinea and all the others?

 

some are too big for current population.
midway... hmm, interesting. but how about resets? there are only 2 fields, and FH resets arena when 1 left on the side.

 

N.America out of question? It's large map...but never tested...? :9

 

I dont mind the two fields problem. The reason I want to play midway is for the cv v cv. And there is a smaller new guinea map that we can use. The one they used to use on IEN. D

 

If we choose maps by roster, after next fh update we will need map with 1 field only IMHO.
Hvy tgts will be red and acks gold.
PLus, dont forget , choice of map directly affects roster.

 

if you don't mind, it does not mean that the server doesn't mind too...
server announces resets when 1 field left for some side. ever after reset midway has 1 field for any side.
midway needs reprogramming of server, while other maps with at least 4 bases could be just "added" to rotation.
anyways, i will see how can i inform admins.

Oh Yes, that should be some experience a North America map.

I can see it now;

Me 109s rolling out of March AFB or Burbank on a mission to attack Reese AFB in Texas.....

oops, that just happens to be about 6 times farther than the range of the 109......ADMINS fuel adjustments Please !!!!!!!!!!!

 

Or adjust the size of the map. IMHO its just a game so no one should take it that seriously

 

What about the indonesia map or tobruk? Also midway is not so bad because you can include CVs as part of the field-count, considering that the Japanese goal in the battle of midway was to destroy American carriers anyway. Also what about battle of britain map or tobruk?

 

Flew New Guinea in iEN, nice map. Also flew North America but iEN only had it up for a few months, think they removed it after 911, pity, was fun too.

Also exec why is it that server cannot include CVs into field count?
