well im from brazil.. my packets pass through USA before reaching Europe, Russia, FH! my pings are around 500 (in extremely good days) to 1 second... but i never warp. the only thing that happens is i see cons shooting far away from me and still scoring hits, because i appear to them where i was half a second ago. that sux! but it still works!
