Need help on 410 cockpit... whats this?

    Hi all. I'm still working on additional Me410 cockpit.

    Now I need to know, what this part is for (bright masked)?
    Something for divebombing. Does anybody have a better picture of it? Pls hlp! THX! ;)

    Well i think u are right its for divebombing..it shows the pilot the angle in the dive.
    at least the Ju87 had on the same place something like that.

    But on Ju87 and Ju88 its more simple! Just a few stripes on the glas.

    This looks to be movable - like a flap for talking to groundcrew without need to open canopy?

    My first impression was that it was a windscreen wiper :)

    I agree with your 2nd suggestion Cicero, it looks like a flap you can open to speak to ground-crew without taking the canopy off.

    Thx! I am relativ sure now how to implement it. Nice bonus. I'll search for more of this things - it brings just a lot of atmosphere. :)

    cockpit of bf110 here in wb has at the same place little shifting window - so according to this your 2nd suggestion seems right cicero
