No kill confirmation after annihilating an apposing fighter

These past couple weeks I've been on the server and I have had other pilots that I shoot down or damage provide no kill credit or message! Whether they bailed out or crashed!

Maybe it's my system/connection? Or is anyone else having this issue as well?

 

I've seen that happen on a number of occasions. It's not a frequent occurrence but it does happen.

 

It seems to happen many times in one night and then other nights things are fine.

 

Another thing. I just had a disco and when I came back it counted that disco as a death (even though I had not been damaged prior to that) ... and it didn't even show as a disco in score. Hmmmm ....
