Fight a lot, observe and analyse and you'll figure out BFM and ACM by yourself quickly ;) For example when I got Shaw's "Air Combat" I was amazed that most of my "secret moves" I "invented" already had names and diagrams there lol.
All you really need at the beginning of your flighstim "career" is an aggression and will to fight anything you see in the air (regardless of first results) and a lot of stick time. :)
