Could someone explain to me , just how the con's position should be "said". I've tried to be on ground and on radar, as helpful as possible :) , but it seems no one ever have have the slightest idea what I'm meaning. One day I managed to guide my fellow golds just around reds, instead of helping them to find them. I know, I know...this ain't so serious, but it would be very helpful in future. Thanks in advance.

first pair of digits is usual map square.
then imagine the square is divided into 9 smaller.
enumerate them like numpad of your keyboard
    789
    456
    123
    fourth digit is further subdivision.

    e.g.
    "con 563 to ESE"
coords 56(3) and con is moving with heading ~245.

    Nicae, can you? ;)

    >west south west ~245° . |
    > |
    > |
