ok, I saw some rudder pedals designs on web, so I made the decision to make myself a pair , is there any possibility that they will not work with my logitech USB joystick, and are there any advices you would like to give me??? Please be free to write any constructive answer THX in advance
Hi Mirko! Made myself a pair of rudderpedals and they work fine Now i'm buzzy with making a new pair on base of 2 pots and hope they will be much better. But i do not have an USB joystick and don't think the rudder pedals wil work on USB. Have you find an USB version of the pedals? You should be very carefull with what you do.... ports on your PC are blown away in 1 second! I can send you some pedal/rudder designes if you like (not USB). Ray
You can use your USB stick and rudder pedals connected trough game port together, but not in WB. WarBirds supports GameDevice1 only. Other games (like B-17, Il-2 etc) can support 2 or more devices.
Here i have two zip files with info on self making rudder pedals. I have made the Perils Pedals Mk II myself. http://home.hccnet.nl/rr.vader/pedals.zip http://home.hccnet.nl/rr.vader/rudder.zip or go directly to: http://home.hccnet.nl/rr.vader/ and download the rudder.zip and pedals.zip
