The bad connect again

Since we have had bad connection for many month I made a check using pingplotter. This i my result:

NO packet loss before Hop 8. Then about 15 %. Is this something admin can do anything thing about ?? As it is now it is impossible to have any decent dogfight. Con are just jumping around randomly.
Changing IP provider or something ??

 

i think its ipissue... kindly do one thing

if you are using wndows XP....run these command in Start -> Run ->
ping 89.108.72.190

and then check the connection speed to connect to these ip

There's something strange going on server these days...
Everytime I get yellow beacon, the planes swing on the sight, there's no way to hit them.
Just few days ago it wasn't that bad, is there some problem on server?

 

Bgreat (boRat + rgreat) must be using MA as proxy to download porn again.
