On my Ovation i have always used medium strings 13-56 in (Martin Marquis). I know alot of other guitar players hate to play my acoustic lol I can bend them how I want and the best part the thicker strings last much longer. Now with My new electric Ibanez artcore (like uncles uses) semi hollow body i still have the factory strings on it and they are fine, but at first my fingers were used to those fat medium strings and the bends i did on accident with the lighter strings was at times out of control lol. anyhow I will be trying some heavier strings out soon on my Ibanez artcore and Yamaha les paul copy perhaps Fender super bullets medium or heavy. <S>

Bullets and Super Bullets are specially designed for guitars equipped with tremolo, Biz. You don't really need them on your fixed bridge axes. ;)

    From Fender site:

Lol Broz... you gotta understand where Daft Punk comes from. I think their latest album is shit as well, but they're originally electro/techno/house dj's. (It's a duo btw, hardly would call it a band) I liked their first album Homework, it was brilliant in fact. Kind of a nice blend between techno and electro. Their second album Discovery marked the dawn of a new Daft Punk, namely and electro-pop Daft Punk. Daft Club was an album with lots of remixes, but great remixes nonetheless. Human After All seems (apart from one or two songs) kind of a fluke.

However: their earlier work was really pioneering. You should see the clip of Revolution 909.

i will. I think that shitty song i heard was the first i heard from them. But i had heard many people talking about them as a revolution and something else... something i really can't find. I hope they're just a bit better (not hard) than that song....

If you're into Anime you'll like all the clips of their album Discovery. It's sort of electro-pop (not my genre, but it's acceptable),anyway, the clips form one big whole. They hired one of Japane's most renown Anime "writer/author/director/whatever" and integrated all their clips into one big whole. I think the movie's called Interstellar 5555 or something.
