In no naval action of World War 2 will you find a German aircraft carrier taking part. All the major navies in the war used them extensively, except for Nazi Germany. There were lots of German U-Boats, battleships, cruisers, and destroyers, but no flattops. However, the Nazis had plans to build a total of four carriers and almost finished one of them. funny you should mention... the wreck of this beauty has been found recently (probably) and the media keep on yapping about it
CC- today the finding was confirmed by the Polish Navy... the wreck lies 18NMiles North of Władysławowo at the depth of 80meters.
An aircraft carrier sailing around the baltic. United Nations were victorious in the European Civil War because of one single salient fact, above all others: Germany's government was run by retards. [Maybe they gonna find Napoleon's invasion fleet someday..... And UFP Starship Yamato]
even Iowa class battleships sailed around baltic. Guess CVNs also. German CV could sail ONLY at baltic - north sea was in british hands, full of subs and aircrafts.
I bet it was intented to have a naval base at Norway, and from there (using French harbours as a back up) harass allied convoys with few mid-size or bigger battleships ( f.e. prinz eugen, tirpitz, bismarck, graf spee)
how did you know? you must be a secret nazi agent in finland yep that's it that'd explain all the stuff with those little children...
