    I have throttle in my CH FS Pro stick.
    Yesterday I decided to disable it by changing to custom Flight Yoke from windows Gaming Options.
    I made custom yoke setting with hat but no throttle...jumpiness is away.

    So try this if you have throttle in your stick.
