    Congrats :)
Czechs and Russians were my favourites - they played the best hockey during these champs. I hoped that they'll meet in the final, but Russians lost to Canadians in semi 3:4, mostly because of too many fouls in 1st period.

I used to play hockey on wheel skates. Ah, those good old times when i was a bit agile :)
Here's a pic of our "dear enemies" in our regional league. None from our team, sry.

    WTG!!!

After semifinal Canadian figure-skaters... er, fist-fighters... er, did they play hockey?... deserved to be torn apart like that :super:

I only wonder - did they claim that it was them who really won and demand gold medals together with silver? :D

Last goal was a pure beauty :) playing 4 vs 6 :) And I liked the final fist-fight. Last time I saw something like that was on youth hockey championship 1988, when Soviet and Canadian (I may be mistaken) teams were disqualified for one year - they had to turn off the light and call the police to clam down the players :)

Yeah, canadians were pretty funny.. as usual.
I was expecting them to physically attack our players sooner. It's quite common they do it like around the end of 2nd period. Talking about this fist-fighting - yr 1997, world championship in finland - canadians attacked one czech player and it turned out that 8 canadians were beating 2 czechs -- i think like 5 czechs and 4 canadians were disqualified. Luckily this time referee (Andersson?) was really good and unbiased. I'm sorry to hear that Russian team was not that lucky in respect of referee.

Apart from this.. there was some nice hockey to see this championship. Wtg all :].

Watching either from TV is boring.
