What time does Scenario start ?

    Is it 18:00 Western European Time or GMT/UTC
    Now we have Daylight Saving Time (DST), so most clocks are set to +1 hrs
    So is http://www.greenwichmeantime.com/ a valid time for checking when does scenario start, or should we add DST to it ?

    go to first post at the thread "small war" there's a clock there, and it says clearly:
    "Calculate your time difference from this clock in GMT:"
