In offline, I deduced that C1 is of the same colour that F16, C2 of F11, C3 of F1 and C4 of F6. In online I did stuka attacks to C3 and C2. I obtained flak response at C3 (but I could not damage my target in despite of a direct 1000kg bomb hit to a building). At C2 I did not receive flak response, and another time my bomb did any effect on the target. I talked about it with Rust and he told me that the cities are deactivated yet, but soon will be activated. Then, bombing a city, the reconstruction time of all buildings in that colour would be longer. It means that there will be more time to attack and close a field.
