Re: Rules & Penalties Since there are obviously discrepancies of opinion in what is fair or foul, why not institute the American Jury System? Have a pool of agreed upon players who can be called upon to witness and deliberate any evidence and testimony of a player who has been called into question. If found guilty by the majority then ban them. If found innocent then release. The jury members as a norm remain un-named to the masses. The good news is, no mistrials, unless clear bias is discovered, and only the ruling admin over a proceeding can decide if they will allow an appeal or not. This makes the system fair and balanced; now all we need is a clear set of rules.
Re: Rules & Penalties It is not a perfect system; that does not exist. It is a system that works for the most part, but as with every system it has it's strength and weakness. As far as system's go, it is a good one which for the most part works, and isn't a bad model if such a scheme is decided upon by the admins.
