What do you mean by wing? Wing or Geschwader is about 510 aircraft...im sure you dont mean that.

I might apply if I knew hierarchy.
How many schwarms will I get under my command if I apply? Who is my commander? What is his email?
1 Schwarm i can lead in any case...with clear command structure and orders i can command 4 if needed(but this definetely needs adjutant aka vice leader, just in case that something happens to me).

I`m sry I didnt make it clr enough.
Majors are the field officers. Each leads one flight - it maybe of 2 planes, 4, 10... One major simply leads one indipendent unit of planes. Indipendent means having their own task.

Your direct commander is the General - in this case - grobar.

Which flight you are given, of how many people and with what tasks will be decided by the Stab. In the details you may participate as well - such as which pilots to take, what number, etc. as far as this does not interfere with Marshal`s strategic goals (for example if there is shortage on pilots)

Your tasks may well be changed during the scenario itself, when I have to react to environment different from the expected.

Actually the only difference from MA is everything is organized. Otherwise it`s simply capture their fields and defend yours.

There is only one red general. The golds are twice as much as reds.

Pity. I wanted to fight against organized and challenging enemy. Seems it will happen the same as in my previous and Gladio`s scenario.

The fields:
Gold - F1, F6, F7
Red - F18, F11, F15

As you see the distances are quite long and all bases are big.
All other fields will be gray. And not objectives for attack.

HQs (Marshals + Generals) must gather online in Saturday if not earlier to prepare their plans. If you are working only through email - better start from now.

Once rdy plans should be released by email to all Majors.

Majors must be online at least 30 min before 18:00GMT to receive and detail out their tasks. Obviously Marshals and Generals should be there too.

Majors must also care about briefing, organizing, etc. the pilots in their own groups and reporting any misses.

Pilots should come at least 10min before 18:00GMT.

The current ratio is 37:18. If reds dont reach the 25 number 7 golds won`t be let to fly. Otherwise - only 2.
In any case 30 people per side IS VERY FEW for any strategy. I`ll be happy on 80. Plz advertize to your squadrons!

Plz dont sabotage everyones fun. I see 80 people flying on arena every night.

I think enabling p39 and Mig3 for reds would be good.

 

Can anyone please summarise this into a roster? And btw: has anyone really compared these planes qua speed? MiG3 is the only that's.... a bit doable, but even then it doesn't nearly get the speed it needs to beat the others, Yak 9D... no match for 109G6 OR 190A4, La5 the slowest in the La5 category, we need at least the La5FN or the Yak3... call this whining whatever you want, this is exactly what I feared to happen, and if I'm going to be the one leading the red side or anything on it, I will not see myself put at a disadvantage just so you guys can have an easy outnumber, overperforming victory...
