    And who cares about ratings? If i post any thread, i know that what i'm exposing is interesting (at least for me), so why care about any other people rating my oppinion? i really don't care if rating stays or is removed.
    And if anybody doesn't read my thread because thinks it's not interesting by the rating it has... worst for him!!

    I can see your point but let me sum it up :

    * Lots of people don't care if stays or goes
    * There are more people who'd like to get rid of it than that there people who'd like to keep the function.

    The point is that it is a source of irritation! Voting was only inforced a couple of months ago so it should be removable.

    my main point against is: it's completely useless, nobody cares about it, and the thread ratings aren't taken seriously, or aren't given seriously... so why bother keeping it?
