We have to note that squad can leave from "The agreement between squads about the spying disuse on FH, rev 1.03" by written statement.

Due to activity absence we offer the following alternative:

Leaders of the squads, please give you tentative agreement for signing "The agreement between squads about the spying disuse on FH, rev 1.03."
You can write your terms and conditions, e.g. "our squad will sign the agreement only if squad xxx and squad yyy sign this agreement"

BTW we got the first squad who had sign the agreement.
That is 1st squad is -=:16:=-, leader: sanek-

Of course nobody can be sure the another squad is using spying.

But if all to be pass at the same way we got many spies at FH.

    Reasons:
    1. Psychology.
All si very simple. It ware declared some spies for today. The owners have no desire to stop spying. Moreover, yesterday I see the flood spying, today I don't see the flood, but I can see new spy with nick "zalupa". The nick "zalupa" was not chosen by accident. It's the name of the thread which was started today by owners of the flood, gabba, abrec :)

So pilot, who is able to use 2nd computer for dar can say: "WTG, I was kicked off several times only by that reason they are using spying. I can do the same". And this pilot will start spying as well.
Then next pilot start spying, so we got about 2-3 spies per 1 side at MA. No chances for bombers, no chances for non-squads raid, no chances for hi-lvl raid any type (bombers or jabos). Furball forever.
    2. Technical reason. It's very simle to use 2nd computer for spying.

    So we have to consider:
    - are we going to encourage the spying and develop the spy networks;
    - or we going to sign the "gentleman's agreement about the spying disuse."

According to the russian poll about 50% pilots are against spying, 45% are abstained, 4.76% are for spying use.

Always when I see desant, falcon (flacon), reddem online I can see some spy online as well. Usually spy is sitting at enemy tower. So about 7-12 hours per day every day I can see spy online.
BTW: I see the newest spy nick for now :) Guess name :)

Congratulation to the "228 ShAD" squad! They had declared the disire to join the non-spying agreement.

Now we have 7 pilots from squad -=:16:=- and 35 pilots from 228 ShAD squad who are ready to join the agreement.
Total: 42 pilots now ready to play without spying.

    Please join our agreement.

FH Squad Axis Foreign Volunteers Squadron, on behalf of the leader -fla--, signs "The agreement between squads about the spying disuse on FH, rev 1.03"
We are familiarized with the agreement rules. We undertake to conform to the rules. Also we add that any transgressions should be reported by private message or e-mail to one of active high staff: grobar (inactive at moment), nicaee (inactive at moment) or -fla--. Due to number of inactive leader we add malino as another member to be reported to.

    news

Thanks 13th-vBG-[Heavy] for signing the agreement and -= 169 ABON FRANTIC =- for tentative agreement.

We hope that we will get the agreement from 5 major (with 19 pilots in each squad) and 3 small squads for next 2..4 days.

This means we can count to get the agreement from 120 pilots more for next 2..4 days.

So, the total number of pilots, ready to sign (or already signed) the agreement to be: 78 + 120 = 198 pilots.

Please join us! Let's stop the spying.
