Well, that image is just a picture. There is no function connected with a picture vs armor plating. That's how I understand it. The reason for my editing it the way you see it, was to use an area which is useless for rear view anyway. No pilot could turn his head around and see his headrest straight back. exec gave me the impression many posts back that putting a small area of what would be the rear view un-obstructed in the forward/up view wasn't plausible. So, I just went with what would be a simple cockpit art change. Making that small area of the headrest part of the pink area which is transparent. Pretty simple, really.

I agree, that yours is the simplest.

Any mirror forward would also have to reverse and display the image.

Not sure what programing steps that would take but it could be more complex, I think....

i said that mirrored view is impossible to flip. you said it's okay.
i meant airwarrior style when mirror takes almost entire screen and forward skies are just rolled into medium blue. you drilled a hole.
    misunderstooding.

however, fretsaw art of yours is not acceptable ;)

    ...
i just think (exec wrote that it is nonsence) that i pking p38s more often than the other planes and when i was killed in p38, it was almost in every case by pk too with a few hits, that's all... mb bad/good luck, dunno.

That's just a design feature of the airplane. It's a dude sitting in the middle of the wing (you know, that thing you focus on hitting, right?), which has a couple of sticks attached to it and the hstab and vstabs. Since there aren't really that many distractions for the enema, you're hosed most of the time anyway. Get what I'm trying to say?

Well, if there was a way to make the actual mirror functional I wouldn't have edited the cockpit arts. Like I said before though, if the "players" don't like it, they won't be lazy cowards and come here to post their complaints/suggestions. :D

I don't know, you rejected mine. If it can't be done, it's no big deal. Just thought I'd try to improve something for the next update. If I remember right, back in Air Warrior, there were several aircraft with a mirror frame and shape which was just a view looking behind.

yes, i understand, but with one different thing- i almost always aim to the one wing, it's better when i save my ammo

Red Bull gives you wings, Funtom removes
