Uuuu we don't like Kill Bill eh? :> Too bad mate - Tarantino's movies rule ;)
Besides the japanese shit (which I like), and the blood shit (which I also like - Tarantino style that is) I've had a great laugh while watching that movie, and it has everything I like about Tarantino (not only japanese and blood shit :) )

I enjoyed kill bills, both :)
Great direction (or the stuff director does, whatever it's called...), actors, camera work, plot. That's all I need from a movie :)

2010 is really a more "commercial" movie, not so heavy I'd say, a little easier for people to watch and understand. 2001 kicks ass and that is indisputable :p

Kill Bill is all but a good movie. I love Tarantino's movies (Pulp Fiction is awesome), i like blood (me and my brother are making a zombies movies collection), but i hate japanese shit, and i hate Kill Bill. It's a nonsense, and not at all as "fresh" as Pulp Fiction was.

Ahh I love good arguments in a discussion :p You don't like it - OK, you have the right, but that doesn't mean the movie is crap ;)

oh and I wouldn't expect any "freshness" from T. - he's got his style and he goes with it and that's why I like him.

btw: T. loves japanese shit :) You could see that in Pulp Fiction too - remember what was Butch's weapon of choice in the pawnshop? :)

Re: OT: Exotic pets (or "pests"?)

but kill bill IS crap :p
id rather watch low-budget, poor scenography, crappy camera shots but interesting screenplay and good acting than great camera work, beatiful scenography, great effects.. but mindless acting and shallow screenplay extended to size of some epic shit (like matrix for example)
mb i should wait 5 min more and i would see sth worth watching in kill bill... but i just couldnt, 15min was too much for me anyway

and maybe it aint all that bad.. after all - thats just my personal opinion after 15min wasted on watchin it ;)

oh and butch is one of my personal heros :D

Kill Bill was alright. I mean it was cool but it didn't give me a raging hardon like it seemed to for everyone else.

Lately i've watched Anchorman, Saving Private Ryan, Airplane!, and Battle Of Britan.

al, i simply said the movie is crap for me. And you don't need freshness? Well, after 5 movies all the same, ANY director needs to give something new. Else, he just lives of what gave him a single success. And that's not being a star. IMHO, of course.
